the worst and best of BRAVO. you decide.

NENE from The Real Housewives of Atlanta
This woman is a piece of work. She's confident, over-the-top, and takes no prisoners. At the same time her one-liners are unforgettable and so is her smile. Love her? Hate her? You tell me.

MADISON from Million Dollar Listing
A prodigy in real estate and a fun mystery for men and women.
Madison is definitely my favorite real estate broker on the show. Who is your favorite?

ALBIE from The Real Housewives of New Jersey
The "golden boy" and Caroline's favorite son. He even has his own
flipbook on the BRAVO official site. Check it out! What a party animal!

BRYAN VOLTAGGIO from Top Chef

One of the top contestants for this season and owner of the Volt restaurant.
Bryan's culinary style is elegant and sophisticated. This handsome chef can even help you carve a turkey!

KIM from Real Housewives of Atlanta

Of course I had to include the Kim in my list! She's been labeled a gold-digger and mistress, but her new song will be stuck in your head all day...

what's new in november!!

PhotobucketPhotobucket
On November 3rd, Andrew McMahon of Jack's Mannequin will release a special documentary that chronicles his journey with leukemia and the release of his debut solo album. Check it out here! P.S. If you haven't seen this kid play live, you are missing out! He is one of the most energetic and passionate performers I have ever seen.

Photobucket
George Clooney stars in the upcoming stop-animation film, "Fantastic Mr.Fox" based on the book by Roald Dahl. A fox playing a fox. Makes sense to me. It hits theatres November 13th.

Grey's Anatomy continues its 6th season with some dramatic new twists. Dr. Green Eyes, played by Jesse Williams, may shake up Yang and Owen's relationship. Lexie and McSteamy may also face some trouble when a new woman comes into town. I guess we'll just have to stay tuned.

The emo-rock band Dashboard Confessional drops their new album, "Alter the Ending" on November 10th. Have a listening party of their single here. On November 17th, John Mayer releases "Battle Studies" which should be smooth mix of blues and soul...exactly where he belongs. And whatever happened to Michelle Branch? She's back with a new album called "Everything Comes and Goes", which is in stores November 10th. Oh man...she got me through some angsty times in middle school.

BILL HADER
He is hilarious in "Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs". See this movie in 3-D!
The animation, screenplay, and cast are flawless. Get a tease here!

Photobucket
JOHN KRASINKSI AND JENNA FISCHER
Awkward, adorable, classic couple. I look forward to their growth as
newly weds in season six of "The Office".

Photobucket
ELLEN PAGE
She stars in the new film "Whip It" and has been praised for her roles in dark indies such as "An American Crime" and "The Tracey Fragments" (two films that I still don't have the balls to rent quite yet...). Intelligent, beautiful, and one of my favorite actresses in young Hollywood.

Photobucket
ED HELMS
We all know I am obsessed with the brilliant comedian and actor, Ed Helms.
Banjo, a cappella, and a killer smile. Enough said.

Photobucket
PATRICK DEMPSEY
This photograph took my breath away and I had to post it.
What does everyone think of the new "Grey's Anatomy"?

Photobucket
TAYLOR AND BRAD
from "The Rachel Zoe Project"

They love to hate each other and I love watching them. Who knows how long
this show will last but I hope it runs for a few more seasons, just so I can
continue being inspired by their impeccable style.

WILD things!

I am so excited for "Where the Wild Things Are"!! It's being released on October 16th and is directed by the brilliant Spike Jonze. This post is completely dedicated to the original children's book, film, and music that bring it all to life. Enjoy!

Look at those costumes! And the soundtrack is rumored to be unforgettable. FYI: The trailer features "Wake Up" by Arcade Fire. I get goosebumps every time I listen to it. Download it on
Arcade Fire - Funeral - Wake Up

For a limited time, Spike Jonze will be releasing a series of skateboards featuring all the monsters from the movie. Have a skater friend? This would be an amazing holiday gift!

Medicom Toys will also be releasing a set of "wild things" figurines in anticipation of the movie's release. So precious.

I made this over the summer once I heard about the film!

One Christmas my sister got me a DVD of Spike Jonze's greatest videos. I was so happy! My friend Melissa and I spent an afternoon watching it and fell in love with his video for Bjork's "It's Oh So Quiet". If you don't know Spike Jonze, you need to be reminded of his genius. Check out his famous videos below!

Lady Gaga and Brainwashing?!

I love Lady Gaga. I think she is a brilliant performer and fashion icon. With her recent performance on the MTV Video Music Awards, I googled her up and found some interesting stuff.

POKERFACE COVER

My favorite version of Pokerface to date. Wait for the part when she throws her leg on the piano.

LADY GAGA AND BRAINWASHING?

People all over the interweb think Lady Gaga is a puppet for Illuminati. “Illuminati” refers to a government-run secret society that controls all economic, political and religious world affairs. People think Illuminati is trying to the eliminate organized religion and uses the mass media to mold public opinion. In other words, Lady Gaga is brainwashing the world! Read here. Is this crazy? Or are the details just a little too creepy?

watch this stuff.

Wow....I haven't updated in quite some time. School has been pretty busy lately so I'll make this short and simple. Here are my favorite YouTube clips of the week. Read the captions. Leave your comments. Thanks so much for stopping by! :)

FUN.

Fun. is an indie pop band who just released their debut album "Aim and Ignite". Nate Ruess (The Format) leads the band with bright, crisp vocals and beautifully written lyrics. The album is an an eclectic mix of gospel, country, folk, and pop. And do not worry Format fans...if you miss the melancholy lullabies and carnival-like waltzes of Nate's previous work, listen to the bonus tracks available on Fun. - Aim and Ignite (Bonus Track Version)

WHIP IT!

Ellen Page stars in Drew Barrymore's new film "Whip It!" which comes to theatres October 2nd. By watching the preview, the film looks decent. Honestly, I'm just excited that Ellen Page is doing another mainstream film! Got any films you're excited to see in October?

DRAMATIC CUPCAKE DOG

Cupcakes and doggies. My two favorite things.
